Fresh and floral, this Geisha Washed from Finca Lerida expresses all the refinement of Panama’s high elevations. The lemongrass opens the sip with a lively note, followed by the delicate aromas of elderflower and the subtle sweetness of honeydew melon. A clean, fragrant cup with exceptional aromatic definition.

Tinshe Guye is a young producer from Chelchelie, a village (kebele) in the Gedeb district, near Yirgacheffe. She cultivates a small plot of 0.4 hectares at an altitude of 2,080 mslm, where she produces local sub-varieties known as Kumie, Diga, and Wilsho, in the shade of Acacia and Sudan Teak trees (Cordia Africana).

This washed lot has been fermented for 36 hours, fully washed in channels with clean water, and subsequently dried for 16 days on African raised beds.
