Indonedia - Asman Gayo

Asman Gayo coffee comes from the Aceh region in northern Sumatra, where the plants grow luxuriantly at elevations between 1,300 and 1,650 meters. A natural process enhances the aromatic clarity without sacrificing the iconic body of this land.

Being named Italy’s Best Roaster 2026 inspired us to seek the perfect roasting curve for this highly complex lot. We worked to balance the intensity of cocoa nibs with an evolved, fruity sweetness reminiscent of cherry jam and dried plum.

The result is a cup with a long, spicy finish. It is the perfect coffee for those seeking a sensory adventure far from classic profiles, yet with all the elegance that only exceptional artisanal roasting can provide.
